SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • JH Design does not ship to the following types of addresses:
    • PO Boxes
    • Addresses outside of the United States
    • Military bases
      • All orders placed to above addresses will be cancelled

 

  • Shipping & Processing times times:
    • Please allow up to 14 Business Days for all Domestic/ Customer orders to ship out
    • Please allow 5-7 Business Days for all other orders to ship out
    • JH Design has the right to change ship time with written consent at any time

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRS & REFUNDS

  • Returns
    • Return Process
      • Email us at customerservice@jhdesigngroup.net subjected with your Order Number in this email please specify your reason for return
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for our response
      • You will receive an email back with a Return Authorization Number. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the box
      • If there isn’t a Return Authorization Number on the box your return will not be accepted.

 

  • If your order is not eligible for return we will respond letting you know.

    • All domestic and custom jackets are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances.
      • If you are unsure if your jacket is eligible for return please contact us at customerservice@jhdesigngroup.net.

 

    • Customized are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.
    • All other items have a 7 day return policy
      • You have 7 days from the day of receipt to contact us with a return request.
      • Any order returned after 7 days will not be refunded.
    • We do not provide return labels. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
    • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

 

  • Refunds
    • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment
      • This does not include the processing time needed by your bank/ credit card
      • Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
    • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
      • If the item returned is not in its original condition the refund will not be processed. You will have the choice to supply JH with a shipping label to ship the item back, or to let us donate the jacket to the charity of our choice.

 

  • Exchanges
    • JH does not accept exchanges

 

  • Repairs
    • Please contact us at customerservice@jhdesigngroup.net to inquire about repairs, use your order number followed by the word “repair” as the subject.
